My availability changes, so it’s best to enquire as soon as you can if you have a looming deadline. Usually my wait times are no longer than 4 weeks. To lock in your date, I’ll need a 30% deposit or full payment, as well as a signed agreement from you.

All clients make their payment in 3 parts:

  • 30% deposit to book a slot in my calendar
  • 35% at the start of the project
  • 35% before site launch

I book projects several months ahead of time, and scheduling ensures that I give you the proper amount of time that your project requires. As a result, I turn away clients for your reserved time slot. If you back out of the project, you may leave an empty spot that could have been given to another project. The deposit ensures clients are serious and committed to the project.

  • Do you have a clear niche?
  • Do you clearly understand the problems your clients are facing?
  • Do you have great packages to offer your clients?
  • Are you clients getting awesome results?
  • Do you have clear brand messaging?
  • Do you have professional photographs of yourself?

Did you answer ‘yes’? Then you’re ready.

If not, don’t stress. This is exactly why I created my guidebook: Brand Strategy Blueprint. This guide and workbook combo was specifically created for people just like you! It’s like a journey of self-discovery, but for your brand. You’ll create a complete brand strategy, unique to your brand and your brand only. Once you’ve finished you’ll know exactly what you want to say to your audience! Learn more here.

Well…yes you can. There are plenty of options out there these days. However, I find that my clients get more value out of the quality of my work and save valuable time by not having to become an expert in web design and development themselves. My job is to have the expertise and do all the heavy lifting in my area, so you and your business can do the same for your clients.

My preferred Content Management System (CMS) is WordPress. WordPress is the planet’s most popular website management system with thousands of themes and plugins. 34% of all websites are built on WordPress. It’s the number one must-have system to building and online business and life you love.

What makes WordPress the preferred choice for millions of developers, designers, and anyone who needs a website? First of all, WordPress is free and open source. This doesn’t only mean that you get it for free, but also that a team of developers from all over the world works constantly on improving it. Also, there’s a crazy amount of plugins available that integrate with the platform. These allow you to add all sorts of functionalities to your website-from image sliders to calendars, news feeds, spam filters and so on. It’s also very easy to use: its interface is simple and intuitive, and the web is full of WordPress tutorials of all kinds to help you make the most out of it.

In a nutshell, it’s an extremely versatile system that enables you to create pretty much any sort of website you can think of.

Yes, any sort. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that WordPress is just for small-business websites, blogs and other small-to-mid size projects. That’s very far from the truth! Plenty of complex e-commerce sites are built on WordPress, and doing pretty well ?

Absolutely! You’ll be provided with a Help Guide and 1 hour basic WordPress training. If you require further training please let us know and we can arrange a quote for the additional time. If you don’t want to do it yourself, just get in touch and we’ll give you an estimate for any updates.

Absolutely! Approximately 50% of users access the internet from a mobile device, so it’s essential that your website is not only mobile responsive, but looks and performs beautifully on mobile too. All of our sites are designed to respond to different screen sizes.

Definitely! I setup a CMS (Content Management System) for your site. After I set this up you and your team can login and make changes to the text, images, colours, pages, blog posts, layout. You will have full control over your site.

Sometimes there are things that fall outside our original scope of work and I make sure to include an hourly rate upfront for additional work that falls outside our original agreement. That way if you need something else you will know exactly what the rate is.

Hosting & Domains

Yes. I use Flywheel as they’re a managed WordPress host and have a tone of features other hosting services don’t. Such as — managed caching, managed security, one-click restore, nightly backups, free SSL certificate and expert support. They’ll even update your plugins for an additional fee. In plain english this simply means that they make your life (and mine) a lot easier. More Information about Flywheel.

Here are the main reasons I use and recommend Flywheel:

Managed Caching & Performance: They handle caching for you at the server level, using super fast servers to begin with, and even work individually with our customers to further optimize their sites for the best performance. No plugins needed!

Managed Security: They proactively scan and block malware and hacking attempts. They do all of this at the server level, without the need for any plugins or configuration on the part of the customer. And in the unlikely event that your site is hacked, they’ll fix it for you, free of charge.

Managed Software Updates: They’ll work with you to make sure your site is always running the latest and greatest WordPress software by automatically updating your site with the latest version of WordPress.

Free SSL Certificate: No need to bounce back and forth between Flywheel and a third party provider – you can get world-class hosting and SSL encryption all under one roof with their built-in integration! SSL (Short for “secure socket layer”) is known best by two obvious indicators that pop up in the URL bar when it’s installed: the green padlock and https encryption. If a visitor sees these two things, they know their info is being encrypted and can freely interact with your site without worrying.

Expert WordPress Support: Their team of WordPress experts go above and beyond what nearly any other managed hosting company will help out with. From “Hey, I need help, I have a serious problem!“, to “Can you recommend a plugin for XYZ,” they’re there to help.
